NEVER SAY DIE is the core belief of successful people!!

Throughout my life, I have known or ‘have known of’ many successful people.

As a child, I really didn’t dig deep into their personality traits all that much to try & figure them out.

It wasn’t until I was 34 years of age that I acquired the NEED for finding out more about successful people. Although, I was always intrigued in regards to what makes something or someone tick.

Turning back the pages of a calendar for a minute, to June 17th 1993. It was a day that I will always remember because now, I consider it to be my very own ‘liberation day’.

I was fired from a J-O-B that I put 8 1/2 years of blood, sweat & tears into. I worked my way up the seniority ladder to 3 weeks of paid vacation, the company was located roughly about 5 minutes from my home & I thought, at that time, I had found security there.

WRONG!!

I fell victim to yes, Corporate downsizing. I had reached the TOP of the pay scale for the job position that I was in, which was a warehouse Receiving Clerk. In the 8 1/2 years that I was employed by the company, I had the ‘pleasure’ of working under 4 different supervisor’s & the 4th one was a real SWEETHEART…if you catch my drift, lol.

This was the beginning of my quest as an Entrepreneur…I NEVER wanted to have to work a conventional J-O-B ever again!!

Fast forward to today, July 5th 2011. Over the past 18 years, I have tuned into the incredible stories of so many successful people.

You know what? A very few had it HANDED to them. For the most part, a majority hit ‘rock bottom’ before they were able to thrust themselves upwards to where they are now at this point in their lives.

I’ve also come to realize a ‘specific order of beliefs’ that successful people adhere to!!

They become an expert in a niche ~ By turning inward & searching within themselves, they’ve uncovered a PASSION that they can put their heart & soul into. Then, they educate themselves all they can relating to their newly found discovery.

They do the necessary work ~ By committing to their PASSION, they perform the required tasks that will elevate them to where they need to be in order to manifest the results that they are seeking.

They like themselves & what they do ~ By continuously working on personal growth & their psyche’s, they develop a confidence & improved self worth. Self esteem levels are boosted & they want to accomplish even more.

Once the monetary concerns are out of the picture, successful people feed off of challenge!!

Newly conceived ideas are transformed into reality, 1 by 1.

They love to give back to a worthwhile cause or to the less fortunate, because they were once in a similar situation not too long ago in their past & it makes them feel good to contribute in these areas.

So, what can you take away from all of this today? These 3 little words, NEVER GIVE UP. Keep focusing on your ‘why’ & be ready to go there psychologically when you need to regroup & refresh.
